Mental health care already works in steps, from self-help to crisis care. UpLife is the staircase, present on the way up and on the way back down. What happens at the top is between you and a specialist.
A model already used across health systems, universities, and employers. Here's where UpLife fits.
Free to start, self-guided app. Anyone can begin tonight.
A clinic, university, or employer turns this on for a population, no 1:1 setup.
Onboarding maps goals, methods, and triggers, and content adapts as it's used.
A real clinician assigns, reviews, and adjusts between sessions through the therapist portal.
Where we hand off
Steps 5 through 7, one-on-one counseling with a GP, ongoing care with a licensed therapist or psychiatrist, and crisis or inpatient care, are specialist territory. UpLife is not a substitute for any of them, and it is not a crisis service. If you or someone you're supporting is in crisis, please contact a local emergency service or crisis line.
A protocol is assigned, by a clinician or by the app's own onboarding.
Short, structured sessions and mood check-ins, a few minutes a day.
Scores and engagement are visible at a glance, in about two minutes a week.
