UpLife was founded in 2019 by Oleg Lavrentyev and Alexander Makhtin, alongside clinical psychologist Nataliia Kuzmina. From the start, the company has been built around a single, specific belief: that behavior change is the real work of mental health, and that people deserve structured, evidence-based support for it every day, not just once a week. Since then, more than 500,000 people have used UpLife to build healthier habits and work through real challenges, and that same team now leads the structured, therapist-directed model used by practices, clinics, and workplace programs.
